高职物业管理专业《智慧社区管理》课程建设与创新思考

Construction and Innovation Thinking of "Intelligent Community Management" in Higher Vocational Property Management Major

分析高职院校物业管理专业存在的人才培养目标、教材、师资等方面存在的问题,提出通过《智慧社区管理》课程的教材编写、建立教学团队、改革教学和考核方法、实训室和实训基地建设等措施进行课程建设和创新,提高物业管理专业人才培养质量,满足物业服务行业对相应人才的需求。

Though the analysis of the existing property management specialty in higher vocational college personnel training objectives,teaching materials,teachers and other aspects of the problem,put forward by ＂intelligent community management＂ course teaching materials,teaching team building,reform the teaching and assessment methods, the construction and innovation of training room and training base construction,improve the training of professional property management the quality of personnel,to meet the demand of the corresponding property services industry talent.
