摘要 20世纪80年代高校教师开始参加教师培训工作,随后90年代教育政策大幅度调整,教师教育这一策略随后走进了各个院校。教师教育在形成不同的培养模式之后效果显著。总之,在新时代培养的高要求、高质量教师的前提下,实现学术与师范融合的目的,改变过去呆板、单一的教学方式,结合理论与实践达到教师专业的理想程度。 In the 1980s began to attend the teacher training college teachers work,then significant adjustments to education policy in the 90s,teacher education this strategy then went into the various colleges and universities. Teacher education has a remarkable effect after forming different cultures. All in all,the training of the new era undel: the premise of high requirement and high quality teachers,achieve the purpose of academic and normal fusion,change the past,single teaching methods,combining theory and practice of the teachers' professional ideal degree.
