高职教师教学能力培养的中外比较研究

摘要 本文从培养阶段和培训课程两个方面比较研究澳大利亚、美国、德国和我国高职教师教学能力培养,借鉴澳、美、德三国在高职教师培养上的优越经验,结合中国特色,研究构建高技能人才培养需求的教师教学能力培养模型,完善我国高职教师教学能力培养体系,开发适应我国职业教育发展的教师教学能力培训课程。 This article from the two aspects of training stage and training courses for comparative study in Australia, the United States,Germany and the cultivation of higher vocational teachers teaching ability,learn the advanced experience of foreign occupation education teacher training,research has established Chinese characteristics,higher vocational teachers' teaching ability model needs cultivating high skill talents based on higher vocational teachers, improve teaching ability training system,adapt to the development of the development of China's occupation education teachers' teaching ability training courses.
