核酸技术在国内法医学应用中的现况分析

The Application Analysis of Nucleic Acid Technology in Forensic Medicine in China

以中国知网文献库为资料来源,对国内有关法医学研究和教育中涉及核酸技术的文献量、第一作者机构、学科、主要研究内容范围等进行梳理,分析核酸技术方法在国内法医学中的应用现状及发展趋势:共检索到125篇相关文献,自2010年后文献数量显著增多;以期刊论文为主,文献内容数多为法医学中核酸技术的基础和应用基础研究,核酸技术的应用还有待进一步拓展。该结果有望为以后的研究提供更多的参考。

Based on CNKI database as the data source,we collected the literature of mind maps in medical education in China. According to the literature published year,first author institution,subject and main research content, the current status and trends of nucleic acid technology are analyzed in forensic medicine in China. A total of 125 literatures were retrieved,and the number of documents increased significantly since 2010. The number of documents published in journals is the largest. The most papers are the basis and applied basic research of nucleic acid technology medicine,which covers ahnost all courses. The result is expected to provide more references for future research.
