摘要
混合教学模式实现了"MOOC"与传统教学的有机结合,通过线上与线下教学的有机统一,充分调动学生学习的积极性与主动性。本研究基于微课程与翻转课堂教学策略,构建了《食品保藏原理与技术》混合教学模式,介绍了混合教学模式的特征,并分析了混合教学模式的简单实施过程,以期为我国高校教学改革提供借鉴。
The blended teaching mode possesses the advantages both of "MOOC" and traditional teaching. The enthusiasm and initiative of students' learning are fully mobilized by the combination of online and offiine teaching. Based on the micro-course and the flipped classroom,the blended teaching mode of "Food Preservation Principles and Technology" was constructed and analyzed. Meanwhile,the characteristics and the procedure of the blended teaching were introduced,which can provide help and useful infurmation for higher education reform of China.
