依托产学研的研究生团队协作精神与创新能力的培养模式构建与实践——以青岛大学“控制工程”专业为例

Industry-University-Research-Based the Exploration and Practice of the Teamwork Spirit and Innovation Ability Training Mode for Postgraduates——An Example of Control Engineering Major of Qingdao University

本文依托产学研合作平台,以青岛大学"控制工程"专业学生为研究和实践对象,探索出了一种培养研究生团队协作精神与创新能力的新型模式。首先,以导师为核心,以项目为依托,提高其团队精神和协作能力;其次,通过开展横向和纵向课题,提高其科研能力和创新精神;最后,依托产学研合作平台,进一步增强其社会适应力。实践表明,青岛大学"控制工程"专业研究生的团队协作精神和创新能力有了较大提高,同时取得了一定的实践成效。

Based on the industry-university-research and taking Control Engineering Major of Qingdao University as an example,this paper explores a new teamwork spirit and innovation ability training mode for the postgraduates. Firstly,taking the master tutor as the core and relying on the project can improve the team spirit and cooperation ability of the postgraduates. Then,it will improve the scientific research ability and innovative spirit of the postgraduates to carry out horizontal and vertical issues. Finally,based on the industry-university-research platform,the ability to adapt to society of the postgraduates will be enhanced further. Practice results show that the teamwork spirit and innovation ability of the postgraduates in Control Engineering Major of Qingdao University have improved a lot, and some practice achievements have been obtained at the same time.
