市校融合背景下提升石油化工类专业服务区域经济能力的思考

Exploration on the Promotion of Petrochemical Engineering Services of the Regional Economy under the Background of Cooperation between College and Local City

在龙江东北老工业基地振兴、哈大齐工业走廊建设和大庆资源型城市升级转型过程中,通过市校深度融合发展做好石油行业院校石油化工类专业建设的目标定位和功能定位,努力培养高质量的石油化工产业应用型人才,开展"四位一体"石油化工类产业链科学研究和创建产学研相结合的创新体系,提升石油行业院校石油化工类专业服务区域经济的能力,为大庆争做全国资源型城市转型做出积极贡献。

At the background of revitalizing longjiang Northeast old industrial base,ha-da-qi industrial corridor construction and the upgrading and transformation of the resource-based city of Daqing,the paper explored the path of cultivating and strengthening the petrochemical majors through the cooperation of college and local city. The paper discussed some countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide useful reference for cultivating high quality applied talents. This paper discusses strategy of carrying the ＂four-in-one＂ oil chemical industry chain scientific research and the integration of enterprises,universities and research institutes.The results is helpful to improve the service of petroleum institute petroleum chemistry major to regional economy. The results make a positive contribution for the transformation of Daqing.
