Using School Motto to Lead the Exploration of School Culture Construction

校训是一所学校文化的灵魂,也是一所学校文化建设的核心内容,它反映出一所学校的办学理念、文化积淀与历史传承,也体现出一种独有的校园精神,它让学校的师生凝聚起共同的理想信念,追求共同的价值观念,遵循相同的行为准则。本文试图提出了三条途径来引领学校文化的建设:一是讨论制定独特的校训;二是利用校训来统筹规划;三是利用校训来深入实践。

A school motto is the soul of the culture,the core content of the cultural construction of a school.It reflects a school＇s educational philosophy,cultural heritage and historical heritage,and embodies a unique campus spirit. It makes teachers and students gather together the common ideals and belie,the pursuit of common values and follow the same rules of conduct. This article attempts to put forward three ways to guide the construction of school culture： discussing and formulate a unique school motto;using the motto to co-ordinate the planning;using the motto to practice.
