Problems and Countermeasures about the Operation of the Regional Shared Training Base of Vocational Education Group

职业教育集团区域共享型实训基地是职教集团的重要基础。目前许多职教集团区域共享型实训基地在实际运行中存在很多问题。问题的存在有多种原因,需要建立协调机构,建立有效的教学管理机制、资源管理机制、师资管理机制以及优先选用人才机制,充分地发挥区域共享型实训基地的作用。

Regional shared training bases of vocational education group are the important foundations of vocational education group. At present,there are many operating problems related to regional shared training bases of vocational education group. Many reasons lead to the problems,so we should establish a coordination agency,teaching management mechanism.resources management mechanism,teachers management mechanism and preferentially selecting talents mechanism,and play full roles of regional shared training bases.
