摘要
本文利用西门子1200PLC和MCGS组态软件,结合传感器技术、计算机网络技术实现了矿井通风机的在线监控。系统能够实时监测通风机的流量、负压、温度、瓦斯浓度和振动等各种参数,也可实现通风机的一键启停、一键倒换风机等控制功能。
The mine ventilator online monitoring system is proposed in this paper by using Siemens 1200PLC, MCGS configuration software, sensor technology and computer network technology. It can real-time monitor the ventilator＇ s vibration such as flow, pressure, temperature, gas concentration. It also can achieve control functions of one touch start-stop and one touch rearrange.
