水泥3D打印技术是一种新型的数字建造技术,它使用材料分层叠加的原理,应用计算机对建筑模型的大小、形状等相关信息进行处理。它的原理一般是按Z轴方向将模型分成包含二维信息的层片文件,通过层片文件生成正确的数控程序,再由控制系统控制外部机械按指定程序运动路径建造水泥建筑物,它包含了数控技术、计算机技术以及材料成型等多种技术,是一种增材制造技术。本文描述一种基于PLC的水泥3D打印系统的分析与设计。

This paper describes the analysis and design of a cement 3D printing system based on PLC.
