Preservation Value of Modern Jilin Border Supervision Office Building

建筑物的保存寄予它的价值,每个被保存的建筑又有它自身的价值。吉林边务督办公署是清代末期延边边疆地区最高行政机关,经历了100多年的风风雨雨,目前只留下一栋主楼,也是延吉市唯一的清代建筑,2013年被列为第七批《全国重点文物保护单位》。本文通过价值观的特点,剖析它的价值,最终得出督办公署是传统和当代技术、当代流行的西洋式较完美结合的物理体的结论。

Whether constructions are preserved depends on its value, then, it means that every existing construction contains each value. The office construction of frontier supervision at Jilin which is a highest administrative organization at Yanbian border area at the late Qing dynasty was experienced more than 100 years. Furthermore, it is the only construction which remained from Qing dynasty and was selected as the seventh batch of Major Historical and Cultural Site Protected at the national level. In this research, we concluded that this office construction of frontier supervision was an architecture incorporating traditional technology and modern popularity.
