摘要
保障性住房是涉及国计民生、利国利民的工程,推动保障性住房的绿色建筑技术也是住宅研究领域的重要方向。然而,这一研究必须建立在对我国现有住宅及保障性住房相关评价体系的对比分析的基础之上。本文以《住宅性能评价标准》、《绿色建筑评价标准》、《绿色保障性住房技术导则》以及各地区保障性住房建设标准为研究对象,通过对比分析,以期为保障性住宅的绿色建筑技术应用评价体系发展提供具有指导意义的依据。
Affordable housing is a pro- lect involving national economy and people＇s livelihood.The development of affordable housing is also an important aspect of residential research.However, this research must be based on the comparative analysis of the existing residential and affordable housing evaluation system in China.This paper compares and analyzes ＂residential performance evaluation standard＂, ＂green building evaluation standard＂, ＂Green technical guideline of affordable housing＂ and affordable housing construction standards in different areas, hoping to provide guiding significance foraffordable housing development evaluation system of green building technology application.
