摘要
新型城镇化是现代化的必由之路,是最大的内需潜力和经济发展的重要动力所在,也是一项重要的民生工程。本文基于对国家经济形势新常态的判断,解读中国特色新型城镇化道路的要义,并从城镇化的水平、质量以及城镇格局等多方面分析近15年来湖南省城镇化发展历程,力争在全面认识湖南省城市发展规律基础上,探讨湖南省未来城镇化发展特征和城市发展模式,为全省推进新型城镇化发展提供建议。
new urbanization is a fund- amental livelihood project and a necess- ary path to modernization which is the most potential demand and dynamic of economical development. Based on the judgement of situation under ＂New Normal＂ in the Chinese Economy and comprehend the meaning of Chinese new urbanization, we analyze the process of urbanization on Hunan province which comes from aspects of the level and quality in urbanization and urbanization framework. Finally,we find the regulation of urban development in Hunan province and discuss the feature and pattern in development process, this paper provides principal suggestions for urbanization process.
