摘要
工程质量风险研究在国内外工程领域开展较多,不同建设工程有不同特点。论文结合工程建设总承包管理,从质量风险识别入手,探讨了质量风险的来源及控制措施,并结合工程实例分析了质量风险的危害,给出了质量风险管理的若干建议。
Quality risk research has been one difficult title which is concerned for long, and different project have different characteristic. This paper based on the quality risk identification, the source and control measures of quality risk were discussed combined project construction total contract management, and the hazards of quality risk were analyzed in combination with the engineering examples, and some suggestions on quality risk management were given.
