摘要
预应力混凝土简支箱梁结构在我国新建铁路客运专线中被广泛采用。在预应力箱梁施工过程中准确施加预应力极为关键,将直接影响到梁体的施工质量、抗裂性能和后期徐变上拱。对孔道摩阻试验现场测试结果分析,预应力筋弯曲角度计算方法的合理选取对摩阻系数和偏差系数测试结果的准确性尤为重要。论文以某客运专线32 m箱梁摩阻试验测试结果为例,分别采用代数和法和综合法进行预应力筋弯曲角度计算,并对两种方法计算结果进行了对比分析。
In China, a large number of prestressed concrete simply supported box girders are being constructed in the newly-built railway Passenger Dedicated Line. It is very important to apply prestress accurately in the process of prestressed box girder construction, which will directly affect the body construction quality, the crack resistance and the creep of the upper arch of the beam. Analysis of field test results of channel friction test and rational selection of calculation method for bending angle of prestressed tendon that it is very important to the accuracy of friction coefficient and deviation coefficient. This paper took a friction test results of 32m box girder on for an example, used the algebraic sum method and synthesis method to calculate the bending angle of prestressed tendons, the results of the two methods were also compared and analyzed.
