摘要 针对钢板混凝土组合剪力墙早期易出现温度裂缝的问题,采用有限元分析方法研究钢板混凝土组合剪力墙构件早期温度场。对混凝土的水化热、入模温度、散热系数和配钢率进行参数分析,分析结果显示,墙体内外温差与水化热、入模温度和散热系数均具有正相关性,与配钢率成负相关;另外,墙体内外温差峰值出现时间与水化热和配钢率均无关,但随着入模温度或散热系数的增大向前推移,进一步加剧了墙体早期开裂风险。研究结果可为钢板混凝土组合剪力墙早期抗裂提供指导。 According to the problem of steel plate reinforced concrete shear walls being prone to crack in the early stage, the early temperature field of steel plate reinforced concrete shear walls was studied through using the finite element method. The parameters of concrete hydration heat, casting temperature, heat dissipation coefficient and steel ratio were analyzed. Analysis results showed that, the temperature difference inside and outside the wall has a positive correlation with hydration heat, casting temperature and heat transfer coefficient, but has a negative correlation with steel ratio. In addition, the time of the peak temperature difference of the wall was not related to hydration heat and steel ratio, however moved forward as the increase of casting temperature or heat dissipation coefficient, which further increasing the risk of the early cracking of the wall. The research results could provide guidance for the early crack resistance of steel plate reinforced concrete shear walls.
