仓储地坪沉降控制方案的探讨

沉降控制是保障建筑物安全、稳定、可靠的重要手段。南方地质条件较差,如不采用地基处理极易造成大面积的不均匀沉降,对厂房后期使用带来严重的影响。论文结合实际工程,提出了一种采用劲性体加桩帽和褥垫层的地基处理方法用以控制地坪沉降。此方法相比其他的地基处理方法具有较强的经济性且控制沉降效果明显,可供类似工程参考。

Settlement control is an important means to ensure the safety, stability and reliability of buildings. The geological conditions in the south are poor, if the foundation treatment is not used, it is easy to cause the uneven settlement of large area, and the using of plant has been seriously affected. Combined with specific engineering, this paper put forward to control the ground settlement in foundation treatment method using a rigid body with pile cap and cushion. Compared with other methods, this method was more economical and effective. It can be used as reference for similar projects.
