摘要 与传统的二维设计相比,采用BIM技术可在三维模型中方便地发现各专业构件之间在空间上是否存在碰撞冲突,并进行自动检测和调整。论文以某高层建筑项目为例,通过采用BIM技术,进行3D模型的碰撞检查与分析,解决了2D设计图纸中的缺陷,优化了管道布置,提高了工程设计水平,节约了成本。 Compared with the traditional two-dimensional design, BIM technology can be used to find out whether there are collision conflicts in space between professional components in three-dimensional model and automatic detection and adjustment. Took a high-rise building project as an example, through the adoption of BIM technology, inspection and analysis of 3D model of the collision solved the defects of the 2D drawings, optimized pipeline layout, and improved the level of the engineering design, saving the cost. BIM technology has obvious advantages in the architectural design, especially in large public buildings, municipal engineering, underground space can play a huge role in design, such as BIM technology will greatly promote the development of construction industry.
