品管圈在减少晚期恶性肿瘤压疮发生率护理管理中的应用

目的探讨品管圈在减少晚期恶性肿瘤压疮发生率中的作用。方法以减少晚期恶性肿瘤压疮发生率为主题,运用品管圈的管理方法,围绕主题实施品管圈活动,将改善前、后的压疮发生情况,护士各项能力进行对比。结果研究对象为60例晚期恶性肿瘤患者。改善前组申报难免压疮发生9例,发生率30%,改善后组申报难免压疮发生2例,发生率6.67%。改善后组明显低于改善前组难免压疮发生率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),护士的专业能力、沟通能力与团队凝聚力均明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论品管圈管理可以有效减少晚期恶性肿瘤患者压疮发生,有助于提升护士的专业素养及护理质量管理水平。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circles in reducing the role of advanced malignant tumor incidence of pressure ulcers. Methods Setting reducing the late malignant tumor incidence of pressure ulcers as the theme, using the management method of quali- ty control circles, around the theme of the implementation of quality management circle activity, will improve the before and after the data were compared. Results The research object of 60 patients with late malignant tumor, is improved in the two groups before and after the incidence of pressure ulcers. Improve the former group declared the hard to avoid the developed 9 cases ,the incidence of 30% , improved declare to avoid pressure sores occurred in 2 cases, the incidence of 6.67 %. hnproved group was obviously higher than before after a group of hard to avoid the incidence of pressure ulcers, statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and nurses＇ professional ability, communication skills and team cohesion were Significantly improved, statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion the quality control circle management can effectively reduce the late malignant tumor patients with pressure ulcers, Helps to improve the professional quality of nurses and nursing quality management level.
