摘要
依据环境保护部所发公告可见,全国不同区域的城市污染物侧重点有所不同。因此,在评价空气质量时,应根据当地实际情况具体问题具体分析,确定首要污染物和次要污染物。本文选取西宁市作为实例进行分析,通过60位当地专家的调查评价结果,计算各指标的污染度,根据制定污染度规则筛选适宜的指标,计算权重,构建指标体系。研究结果表明,此方法考虑当地实际发展情况,结合定量与定性,更具客观性,对于各区域的环境管理部门更好地认识掌握和管理城市环境空气质量都具有显著的应用价值。
According to the notice of the ministry of environmental protection, we collected the pollution projects which decrease environment air quality and find that different cities have different pollution factors. Therefore,we should identify primary and secondary pollutants based on the specific problem in different cities, analysis of pollution degree should be consideration. In this paper, we use Xining as case to study. Result shows that, this method considers local actual development situation,combining quantitative and qualitative,has significant application value for environmental protection ministry to understand and manage the air quality of urban environment better.
