当前高等教育应用型人才培育模式研究——以工业4.0和中国智造为导向

高等院校是我国高层次人才培养的主战场,在我国实现工业4.0和中国制造2025宏伟目标的过程中,高校既是技术创新的主体,也是人才培养的重要主体。因此,积极探讨高等院校应用型人才培养模式具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。以培育满足工业4.0及中国制造2025战略的人才为导向,高等教育应用型人才培养应组建国家高等教育智库建设、建立高校分类和协同教育机制、深化校企合作人才培养模式、加强高校人才培养国际合作、依托信息化丰富高等教育机制。

Colleges and universities are the main battlefield for cultivating high-level personnel in our country In the course of realizing the grand goal of the Industry 4.0 and the ＂Made in China 2025＂, universities are not only the main body of technological innovt, tion but also responsible for personnel training. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to actively explore the training mode for applied talents in the institutions of higher learning. In order to foster a talent-oriented training program that meets the requirements of the Industry 4.0 and the ＂Made in China 2025＂ strategy, this article believes that there is the need to establish a national higher education think-tank, classify the colleges and universities and develop a collaborative education mechanism, deepen the cultivation mode through school-enterprise cooperation, increase international cooperation, and rely on IT technologies.
