开展创新创业教育,是国家实施创新驱动发展战略、促进经济提质增效升级的迫切需要,是推进教育综合改革的重要举措。创业环境作为一种重要的创业生态资源,在很大程度上影响着大学生的创新积极性、主动性和创造性,最终影响大学生创业行为的效率和效益。创业教育的过程具有生态系统的整体性、环境适应性、动态性等特征。参照美国等发达国家创业生态环境建设案例,可从创业意识、创业科技、创业金融、创业组织等方面吸取经验教训,构建完善的创业生态环境。

Education in innovation and entrepreneurship is an urgent need for the state to implement the innovation-driven development strategy, and upgrade the economy and improve its quality and efficiency It is also an important measure to promote the comprehensive education reform. As one of the important entrepreneurial resources, the entrepreneurial environment, to a large extent, affects the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of college students in innovating, and ultimately affects the efficiency and effectiveness of their entrepreneurial behaviors. Like the eco-system, the process of entrepreneurial education also features completeness, environmental adaptability and dynamic changes. With refeence to the entrepreneurial environment cases in the developed countries such as the US, this article believes that we can draw lessons from them in terms of entrepreneurial awareness, entrepreneurial science and technology, entrepreneurial financing and entrepreneurial organization, so as to establish a sound entrepreneurial eco-system.
