摘要
教师的自我过程性评价是基于教学准备、教学实践和教学经验基础上的综合性长期监测结果,是结合学生与教师双方在教学活动过程中交流互动体验而产生的实绩评测。研究教师的自我过程性评价旨在改变日常传统教学实践、教学管理中只注重结果的现象,分析教学组织过程,发展创新型课程。针对西方文明史教学中遇到的具体教学问题及课堂障碍,教师通过自我过程性评,可以积累客观经验,改良课程设置,发展教师自我教育与课程规划能力,开创新型课堂,落实多专业融合学习,提高学生对相应文化与知识的敏感性,深层次激发其学习兴趣,建立为学生服务的课堂形式,实现具体教学模式转型。
Teachers self - evaluation is not only the integrative long - term monitoring outcome of the teaching preparation, practice and experience, but also the actual performance evaluation from the interactive communication between the teacher and student during the teaching process. The aim of the teachers' self - evaluation study is to improve traditional daily teaching practice and the result -focused phenomena in teaching management, so as to analyse teaching design and develop the creative class. Therefore, this paper is going to focus on the teaching issues and class impediment in Western Civihzation course, and to encourage the teachers to accumulate specified experi- ence, develop self - education and course design ability based on teachers' own self - evaluation, it could furtherly enhance the integration of multi - major study, promote the sensibility towards corresponding culture and knowledge of the learners for provoking the profound study motivation and achieve the education transformation through establishing students- centred learning module.
