摘要
推导了弹性单元圆周阵列布置的被动顺应装置机构刚度分析模型,分别采用金属梁单元和ESP弹性单元计算了顺应装置在不同铰链连接形式下的刚度性能,通过对不同弹性单元顺应装置刚度性能的比较,最终选取了U副连接的ESP单元作为可变远中心顺应装置的弹性单元,分析了该装置的刚度性能,并采用基于交叉遗传的多目标粒子群优化算法对该装置进行尺寸优化,提高了其顺应性能。
The stiffness model of the RCC with elastic element in circumference array was deduced. The stiffness performance of RCC containing metal beam element or ESP elastic element with different joints at the end was analyzed. Through the comparison between the stiffness performance of these elastic elements, ESP element with universal joint at the end was finally chosen as the elastic element of VRCC and its stiffness performance was analyzed. The size of the VRCC was optimized with the aid of muhi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on crossover genetic and the compliance performance was improved.
