摘要
为了人们使用健步机时感觉更加舒适,应用人因工程学理论,通过SolidWorks软件对一种健步机进行了设计与仿真分析。通过对健步机的机构形式、结构尺寸、上肢把待范围和下肢运动特性的解析与仿真分析,确定了重要零部件的尺寸参数,验证了结构设计的合理性。并对该机构进行静应力仿真分析,确保了其安全使用性能。
In this paper, the design programs of this machine analyzed based on the principles of ergonomics. Striding machine design and simulation analysis are carried out with solidworks software to make people more comfortable. Striding machine is studied in the analytical and simulation analysis way, including the kinematics schema, parts dimensions, loci of pedal and handle. And static stress simulation analysis of the mechanism, which verify its safety performance. An actual striding machine is tested to verify the feasibility of design criterions described in this paper.
