摘要
喷油器体中孔珩磨过程中,工艺参数的选择对喷油器体中孔的珩磨效率、表面粗糙度以及油石寿命等都有很大影响。分别基于不同网纹交叉角和珩磨压力对珩磨精加工过程中珩磨效率和加工后工件表面粗糙度的变化规律进行实验研究。实验结果表明,加工过程中珩磨效率随网纹交叉角的增大先增大后减小,在22.5°时珩磨效率达到最优;另外,珩磨效率随珩磨压力的增大而增大;喷油器体中孔表面粗糙度与网纹交叉角、珩磨压力皆成正比。
In the injector body hole honing machining process, the selection of technological parameters of injector body has great influence on hole honing efficiency, surface roughness and oilstone life. In this paper, based on different checker cross angle and different honing pressure on honing efficiency in the process of finishing and processing after the completion of the change rule of surface roughness. Honing in the manufacturing process of the experimental results show that the efficiency increases with the increase of crossing angle first then decreases, at 22.5° honing efficiency to achieve the optimal; In addition, honing efficiency with honing pressure increases; Fuel injector hole in the body surface roughness and checkered intersection angle, honing is proportional to the pressure.
