摘要
针对层次分析法计算的权重主观性较强和利用样本评价时需要大量样本的问题,研究基于综合赋权法的起重机金属结构安全评价,运用层次分析法,利用专家经验计算主观权重,运用多元线性回归法,利用评价样本计算样本权重,运用线性组合原理将主观权重和样本权重合理组合,得到综合权重;通过计算金属结构评价值,获得起重机金属结构安全等级。以门座起重机金属结构为评价实例,验证评价方法的可行性和有效性,为起重机金属结构的安全评价提供技术支持。
For the problenrs that the weight of the analytic hierarchy process is strong and a large number of samples are needed when the samples are used for evaluation, this paper studies on the structural safety evaluation of crane based on comprehensive weighting method. The subjective weights are calculated with the analytic hierarchy process and expertise. The sample weights are calculated with multiple linear regression and samples. Using the linear combination principle, the subjective weights and the sample weights are combined reasonably to get the comprehensive weights. By calculating the evaluation value of metal structure, the safety level of crane metal structure is obtained. The feasibility and validity of the evaluation method is verified by the example of the metal structure of portal crane, and this method can provide a technical support to conduct the structural safety evaluation of crane.
