摘要
平滑靴销轴是采煤机的关键零件,为研究采煤机平滑靴销轴在复杂工况下载荷特性,通过建立采煤机机身空间载荷模型,得到平滑靴销轴载荷计算方程。通过自行研制平滑靴销轴传感器,对采煤机不同截割工况下的平滑靴销轴载荷进行测试研究,通过无线应变采集模块对测试数据实时存储和传输,得到平滑靴销轴Z向和Y向的载荷曲线,实验测试结果表明:左侧平滑靴的最大受力为max F_Z=412.76 kN,max F_Y=248.28 kN,右侧平滑靴的最大受力为max F_Z=187.47 kN,max F_Y=897.98 kN,且在整个过程中,Z向载荷普遍大于Y向载荷,研究结果为平滑靴载荷测试提供了新方法,通过对平滑靴销轴载荷进行实时监测,可定量计算平滑靴销轴载荷大小,为采煤机平滑靴零部件设计和优化提供数据支持。
