基于三元固体本构模型的带式输送机纵向动态特性与拉伸能耗分析 被引量:6

Longitudinal Dynamic Characteristics and Stretching Energy Consumption Analysis of the Belt Conveyor Based on the Tertiary Solid Constitutive Model

摘要 为了研究带式输送机工作过程中输送带的动态特性及拉伸能耗的分布规律,推导了简谐应变作用下三元固体本构模型的时域应力解析解及拉伸能耗求解公式,并以此为基础,建立了包含电机、联轴器、减速器扭转振动特性的重锤张紧式输送机系统的纵向振动方程,采用数值分析法对振动方程进行了求解,结果表明:在实例所述参数下,输送带紧边张力均值沿紧边的驱动滚筒→改向滚筒逐渐减小,松边的张力均值沿松边改向滚筒→驱动滚筒逐渐增大,受输送带粘弹性变形的影响,输送带松边的张紧力约为初始预紧力的21.5%,输送带变形量的变化规律与张力分布规律相同;输送带的速度波动幅值从驱动滚筒侧到改向滚筒侧逐渐增加,其中驱动滚筒侧的速度波动幅值约占均值的3.1%,从动滚筒侧约占10.5%;在每个变形周期内,输送带在紧边侧的拉伸能耗要大于松边侧,且靠近驱动滚筒侧单元的拉伸能耗要稍大些,松边侧输送带的拉伸能耗沿改向滚筒侧向驱动滚筒侧逐渐增加。 To research the laws of dynamic characteristics and the stretching energy consumption of the belt during the working process of the belt conveyor, the time domain stress analytic solution of the tertiary solid constitutive model and the stretching energy consumption equation under the harmonic strain action are derived. Based on that, the longitudinal vibration equation of the weight tension conveyor system including the motor, the shaft coupling and the reducer torsional vibration characteristics is established, and the equation is solved by employing the numerical analysis method. The result shows that under the simulation parameters, the mean tension of the belt is decreased along the driving edge of the driving edge of the driven edge cylinder,the mean tension of the loose edge changes from the loose side to the roller and the driving roller gradually increases ,the tension value of the loose side accounts for 21.5% of the initial pretightening force of the belt due to the influence of the viscoelastic deformation of the conveyor belt, and the variation law of the deformation amount of the conveyor belt is in accordance with the tension distribution law; the velocity fluctuation amplitude of the conveyor belt increases gradually in the direction from the driving roller to the redirection roller, the velocity fluctuation amplitude in the driving roller side accounts for about 3.1% of the average value, and that in the driven roller side accounts for about 10.5% of the average value; in each deformation period,the stretching energy consumption in the tight side of the conveyor belt is bigger than that in the loose side, the stretching energy consumption of the unit near the deriving roller is more bigger, and the stretching energy consumption in the loose side of the conveyor belt increases gradually in the direction from the direction changing roller to the driving roller.
