改良“C”形针刀松解术治疗粘连期肩周炎临床效应分析

Clinical Effect Analysis on Frozen Shoulder with Improved “C” Shape of Needle Knife Release Operation

目的 :观察改良"C"形针刀松解术治疗粘连期肩周炎的临床疗效,为提高针刀临床防治粘连期肩周炎疗效提供可靠的思路和方法。方法 :选择60例粘连期肩周炎患者随机分为两组,即改良"C"形针刀松解术式治疗30例(治疗组),"C"形针刀松解术治疗30例(对照组)。分别观察对比两组治疗前后患者VAS评分、调整的Constant-Murley肩关节评分和治疗后总体疗效。结果 :两组治疗后VAS评分、调整的Constant-Murley肩关节评分比较,P<0.01;治疗组总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率86.67,两组比较,P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论 :改良"C"形针刀松解术式治疗粘连期肩周炎,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of adhesived frozen shoulder with improved＂C＂shape of needle knife release,providing ideas and methods for improving the efficacy of acupotomy reliable clinical prevention and treatment of frozen shoulde.Methods ：60 cases with frozen shoulder were divided randomly into two groups,30 cases were treated with improved＂C＂shape of needle knife release operation（the treatment group）,and the other 30 cases were treated with＂C＂shape of needle knife release operation（the contrast group）.Respectively observed and compared the two groups in VAS score,adjust the Constant-Murley shoulder score and the therapeutic effect.Results ：The difference of VAS score,adjusted Constant-Murley shoulder score signs between treatment group and control group were significant,P〈0.01.The effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%,the effective rate of control group was 86.67%,the treatment effects had statistically differences（P〈0.01）.Conclusion ：The treatment of frozen shoulder with improved＂C＂shape of needle knife release operation is remarkable,it is worthy of popularization and application.
