针灸治疗皮质下缺血性血管性痴呆研究现状

Current Situation of Acupuncture Treatment of Subcortical Ischemic Vascular Dementia

随着全球经济的飞速发展,人口老年化的脚步离我们越来越近,血管性痴呆作为高发病率的脑血管病之一也呈现出上升趋势,成为临床上不可逃避的话题。目前针灸作为血管性痴呆的优势疗法已经在临床上普遍应用,未来的应用前景不可小觑。皮质下缺血性血管性痴呆作为血管性痴呆的主要亚型,其针灸治疗方法目前主要基于血管性痴呆的针灸研究成果。该文对近些年来血管性痴呆的针灸治疗研究现状从不同角度归纳阐述,总结目前临床上针灸存在的优势和将来需要解决的问题,为皮质下缺血性血管性痴呆的治疗及今后的研究提供更为科学有效的思路。

With the rapid development of global economy,the aging population is getting closer and closer to us,vascular dementia is one of the high incidence of cerebrovascular disease is also showing a rising trend,become the clinical inescapable topic.At present,acupuncture as an advantage of vascular dementia has been widely used in clinical practice.Subcortical ischemic vascular dementia（VD）is the main subtype of vascular dementia,and its acupuncture treatment is mainly based on the research results of vascular dementia.The recent research status of acupuncture treatment of vascular dementia from different angles,summed up and summarized the current clinical acupuncture has the advantages and the future need to solve the problem,for the treatment of subcortical ischemic vascular dementia and future research to provide more scientific and effective way.
