中西医结合治疗糖尿病合并骨质疏松症研究进展

Research Progress of Diabetes Combined with Osteoporosis Treated by Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

糖尿病合并骨质疏松症因其容易导致病理性骨折,致残、致死率高,可使糖尿病患者在治疗和康复过程中遇到的困难增加。随着糖尿病发病率的逐年提升,糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者数目也在日益增长,加之老龄化社会的逐渐来临,日渐吸引了国内外学者的目光,引起了深入研究。作者试对其中西医发病机制与临床治疗现状暴露出来的问题作如下探讨。

Diabetes complicated with osteoporosis is easy to cavse pathological fractures,disability mortality rate is high,which can increase of the difficulty diabetic patients in the treatment and rehabilitation process.With the increasing incidence of diabetes,the number of diabetic patients with osteoporosis is also growing,coupled with the gradual emergence of aging society,attracting the attention of scholars at home and abroad,causing in-depth study.I examine the pathogenesis of Western medicine and clinical treatment of the current situation exposed to the following questions.
