钩泽合剂智能颗粒剂型治疗肝阳上扰型梅尼埃病急性期临床研究

Clinical Research of Intelligent Chinese Herbal Granule of Gouze Decoction on Treating Patients with Liver-Yang Flaming Syndrome Meniere's Disease in Acute Stage

目的 :观察钩泽合剂智能颗粒剂型治疗肝阳上扰型梅尼埃病患者的临床疗效。方法 :将60例符合标准的梅尼埃病患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组以钩泽合剂智能颗粒剂型冲服,对照组以钩泽合剂中药饮片剂型水煎服。比较两组患者就诊时和治疗第7天时梅尼埃病四联征的模拟视觉评分(VAS)、纯音听阈测定结果、7 d内发作次数及持续时间。结果 :梅尼埃病四联症VAS评分中眩晕、耳聋、耳胀闷感症状治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05),纯音听阈测定结果改善状况治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),发作持续时间及发作次数治疗组均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :钩泽合剂智能颗粒剂型治疗肝阳上扰型梅尼埃病急性期具有一定优势,值得临床推广。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of intelligent chinese herbal granule of GouzeDecoction on treating patients with liver-Yang flaming syndrome Meniere＇s disease in acute stage.Methods ：60 cases of Meniere＇s disease patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（30 cases）and the control group（30 cases）.The treatment group was treated by intelligent Chinese herbal granule of Gouze Decoction,the control group was treated by Gouze Decoction of Chinese herbal medicine.To observe visual analogue scale of Meniere＇s disease of fallot（VAS）,pure tone audiometry,frequency and duration of attack within 7 days at the time of treatment and the 7 th day after treatment.Results ：VAS scores（vertigo,deafness,ear distension and stuffy feeling symptoms）in the treatment group were better than control group（P〈0.05）,the results of pure tone audiometry in the treatment group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Frequency and duration of attack were more decreased in the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ：Intelligent Chinese herbal granule of Gouze Decoction can improve the symptoms of patients with Meniere＇s disease liver-Yang flaming syndrome in acute stage.
