益肾活血汤辅助治疗对维持性血液透析患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度、氧化应激指标及微炎症状态的影响

Effects of Yishen Huoxue Decoction on Carotid Artery Intima Thickness,Oxidative Stress Index and Microinflammatory State in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的 :探讨益肾活血汤辅助治疗对维持性血液透析患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度、氧化应激指标及微炎症状态的影响。方法 :选择2015年7月—2016年7月我院接诊的92例维持性血液透析(MHD)患者,通过随机数表法分为观察组及对照组各46例。对照组采用常规血透治疗,观察组在此基础上加用益肾活血汤进行辅助治疗。比较两组的颈动脉内膜中层厚度(C-IMT)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果 :治疗后,观察组C-IMT水平低于对照组[(0.82±0.15)mm vs(0.95±0.27)mm](P<0.05);观察组MDA水平低于对照组[(4.43±1.11)μmol/L vs(5.99±1.34)μmol/L](P<0.05);观察组SOD和GSH-Px水平均高于对照组[(100.22±23.63)U/m L vs(90.13±12.44)U/m L,(100.34±16.92)mg/L vs(90.37±14.09)mg/L](P<0.05);观察组IL-6、CRP和TNF-α水平均低于对照组[(11.33±2.51)ng/L vs(16.22±2.70)ng/L,(5.58±1.46)ng/L vs(9.61±2.74)ng/L,(20.57±7.24)pmol/L vs(26.22±8.43)pmol/L](P<0.05)。结论 :益肾活血汤辅助治疗MHD可有效降低患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度,改善氧化应激指标,缓解微炎症状态,疗效确切可靠,值得推广应用。

Objective ：To study effects of Yishen Huoxue Decoction on carotid artery intima thickness,oxidative stress index and microinflammatory state in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods ：92 patients of maintenance hemodialysis who received therapy from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected as research objects.According to random number table method,those patients were divided into the control group（n=46）and the observation group（n=46）.The control group was treated with conventional hemodialysis,and the observation group was supplemented with Yishen Huoxue Decoction.Then C-IMT,MDA,SOD,GSH-Px,IL-6,CRP and TNF-α were compared.Results ：After treatment,The level of C-IMT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[（0.82±0.15）mm vs（0.95±0.27）mm]（P〈0.05）.The level of MDA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[（4.43±1.11）μmol/L vs（5.99±1.34）μmol/L]（P〈0.05）.The levels of SOD and GSH-Px in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[（100.22±23.63）U/m L vs（90.13±12.44）U/m L,（100.34±16.92）mg/L vs（90.37±14.09）mg/L]（P〈0.05）.The levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[（11.33±2.51） ng/L vs（16.22±2.70）ng/L,（5.58±1.46）ng/L vs（9.61±2.74）ng/L,（20.57±7.24）pmol/L vs（26.22±8.43）pmol/L]（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ：Yishen Huoxue Decoction can effectively reduce the carotid intima-media thickness,improve the oxidative stress,relieve microinflammatory state,and be effective and reliable.It is worthy of popularization and application.
