加味参芪益心方治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure of Heart Kidney Yang Deficiency with Modified Shenqi Yixin Decoction

目的 :观察加味参芪益心方对心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法 :选取我院收治的心肾阳虚型心衰患者52例,采用随机数字表法随机分为2组,对照组(27例)和治疗组(25例),对照组给予抗心衰常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予加味参芪益心方。治疗组及对照组疗程均为4周。观察并比较两组治疗前后的中医证候积分、心功能分级、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)检测、血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)检测、6 min步行试验(6MWT)。结果 :经治疗后,治疗组患者在中医证候积分、心功能分级、左室射血分数、心型脂肪酸结合蛋白检测、血同型半胱氨酸检测、6 min步行试验等指标上均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味参芪益心方能显著改善患者临床症状,改善患者的各项指标水平,改善生存质量。

Objective ：To investigate the clinical effect of Modified Shenqi Yixin Decoction in treating the syndrome of Yang deficiency of heart and kidney in chronic heart failure.Methods ：Using the random parallel control method,52 patients with heart failure were divided into control group（27 cases）received Western medicine drugs only and treatment group（25 cases）received Modified Shenqi Yixin Decoction besides the Western medicine drugs.4 weeks was a course of treatment.The TCM syndrome scores,cardiac function,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,H-FABP,Hcy,6 MWT before and after the treatment were observed.Results ：As compared with those before reatment,the TCM syndrome scores,cardiac function,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,H-FABP,Hcy,6 MWT in treatment group were better than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ：Modified Shenqi Yixin Decoction can treat heart failure by improving the level of symptoms,all indexes,and life quality.
