创业环境对大学生创业意向的影响--创业自我效能感的中介作用和性别的调节作用

Correlation between Entrepreneurial Environment and Entrepreneurial Intention of College Student:The Intermediary Effect of Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy and the Regulatory Effect of Gender

为了探讨大学生创业自我效能感和性别在创业环境与创业意向间的中介作用和调节作用,采用创业环境问卷、创业自我效能感问卷和创业意向问卷对500名大学生进行调查研究.研究表明:创业自我效能感在创业环境对创业意向的影响中发挥着部分中介的作用,中介效应率为45.95%;性别在创业环境对创业意向的影响中发挥着调节的作用.

To explore the intermediary role of the entrepreneurial self-efficacy and the regulatory role of gender between entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial intention,the Entrepreneurial Environment Scale,Entrepreneurial Intention Scale and Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy Scale were used to test 500 college students of Guangxi.The result shows that：the entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a partly intermediary role in the influence of entrepreneurial environment upon entrepreneurial intention with a 45.95% of intermediary effect rate;the gender plays a moderating role in the influence of entrepreneurial environment upon the entrepreneurial intention.
