Brief Talk on Repair of Measuring Instrument of Mechanical Capacity of Coal Gas Holder

煤气柜作为钢铁行业煤气回收工程中的主要设备，应用越来越广泛，在煤气柜的运行过程中，柜容检测是保证气柜安全运行的重要措施，柜容检测系统能否正常工作对煤气柜的安全运行起着至关重要的作用。本文介绍了煤气柜机械柜容检测仪表的工作原理，给出了维修实例，可供仪表维修技术人员参考。

A coal gas holder as a main equipment in coal gas recovery process in iron and steel in-dustry is used more and more widely. In operation process of coal gas holder, the holder capacitymeasurement is an important measure to ensure safe operation of coal gas holder. Whether the coalgas holder can be operated safely depends on whether its capacity measurement system can be oper-ated normally. In this article, principles of the measurement instrument of mechanical capacity of coalgas holder are introduced, repair examples of the measurement instrument are given to provide refer-ence for maintenance persons of instrument.
