摘要
水钢2500 m3高炉投产,运行5年后,热风炉1号热风出口管壁温度上升,焊缝开裂,多次采取灌浆补焊,效果不好。2014年1。热风炉热风出口热风管温度偏高,达380℃,危及安全生产,通过采取浇注处理后,热风短管温度明显降低,修复效果明显。
After 2500 m3 blast furnace had been operated for 5 years since it was put into use, thewall temperature of hot air pipe at No.1 hot air stove outlet increased and the welding seam of the hotair pipe cracked. The hot air pipe was repaired with grouting and welding many times, but the repaireffect was not good. In 2014, the wall temperature was high up to 380 ℃ to threaten safety and pro-duction, however the wall temperature obviously decreased after concreting treatment and the treat-ment effect is very good.
