摘要
目的:寻找一种具有良好血液相容性和良好抑菌效果的敷料.方法:以不同类型的敷料作为研究对象,通过血液相容性实验对敷料的生物安全性作初步探究.通过分光光度计比浊法对目标材料进行抑菌效果的检测.结果:新型水刺含银藻酸盐敷料的溶血率低于5%,表明该材料无溶血现象,具有良好的血液相容性.通过与其它敷料的抑菌效果比较,新型水刺含银藻酸盐敷料有较好的抑菌效果,可以有效抑制细菌的生长.结论:新型水刺含银藻酸盐敷料作为一种医用敷料,具有能够防止伤口感染,促进伤口愈合的作用,是一种具有较高医用价值和良好应用前景的新型敷料.
AIM: To find out a kind of dressing with blood com- patibility and antibacterial effect. METHODS: Different types of dressings were selected as research objects, and the biosecurity of dressings were studied by blood compatibility experiment, then the antibacterial effect of the medical dressings were detected by spectrophotometer turbidimetrie experiment. RESULTS : The hemolysis rate of the spunlaced silver alginate dressing was less than 5%, indicating that the material had no hemolysis and had good blood compatibility. Compared with other dressings, the spunlaced silver alginate dressing had a better antibacterial effect which can inhibit the growth of bacteria effectively. CONCLUSION: The spunlaced silver alginate dressing as a new kind of medical dressing, can prevent wound infection and promote wound healing, which is a new kind of dressing with good medical value and application prospect.
