摘要
随着社会的进步与发展,信息技术和教育的深度融合,传统的"满堂灌"教学模式不仅有改革的必要,而且有改革的可能。在高等师范学校《教育学》的教学实践中,笔者尝试运用了混合教学模式,力求将传统的课堂教学与在线教学的优势相融合,将教师主导和学生主体相融合,不同的教学组织形式与不同的学习方式进行融合。实验教学表明:混合教学模式不仅增强了学生学习的主动性,也促进了教师的专业发展。
With the development of society and the further combination of information technology with education, it is necessary and, yet possible, to reform the "Cramming" teaching model in the teaching of "Pedagogy", the writer of this paper adopts the hybrid teaching method with a view to combining classroom teaching with on-line teaching, teacher' s guide with student autonomy, and different teaching forms with different learning styles. And the teaching reform indicates that the hybrid teaching not only improves student' autonomy, but boosts teacher' s professional quality.
