摘要
目的探讨树突状细胞和细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(cytokine induced killer ,CIK)在肾癌治疗中对患者免疫功能、血脂代谢的影响。方法选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院62例晚期肾癌患者,病例收集时间为2013年3月~2016年1月,其中31例患者采用常规治疗措施(常规组)、31例患者在常规治疗基础上加用CIK进行治疗(研究组),对比两组患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cell ,NK)、血清γ干扰素(interferon-γ ,IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子ɑ(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-ɑ)、白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-2、IL-6、IL-10及血脂等相关指标。结果治疗前,两组患者的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、NK细胞比例差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、NK细胞比例显著的高于常规组(P〈0.05),研究组的CD8+细胞比例的低于常规组(P〈0.05);治疗前,两组患者的血清IFN-γ、TNF-ɑ、IL-2、IL-6、IL-10水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的血清IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-6水平高于常规组(P〈0.05);治疗前,两组患者的血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol ,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride ,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein ,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein ,LDL-C)水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的血清TG水平显著的高于常规组(P〈0.05)。结论CIK治疗肾癌患者能提高患者的免疫功能,但对患者血脂代谢影响不明显。
Objective To investigate the effect of dendritic cells and cytokine-induced killer cells(CIK) on immune function and blood lipid metabolism in patients with renal cell carcinoma.Methods Sixty-two cases of patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma were collected from March 2013 to January 2016, of which 31 cases were treated with routine treatment(control group), the other 31 patients were treated with CIK cells on the basis of routine treatment(study Group), two groups were compared before and after treatment of T lymphocyte subsets and natural killer cell (NK), serum interferon gamma (IFN-γ), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), interleukin 2 (IL-2), interleukin 6 (IL-6), interleukin 10 (IL-10) and serum lipids.Results Before treatment, the levels of CD3^+ , CD4^+ , CD8^+ , CD4^+ /CD8^+ , NK cell ratio had no statistical significance in the two groups(P〉0.05); After treatment, NK cell ratio, CD3^+ and CD4^+ , CD4^+ /CD8^+ was significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05), CD8^+ cell ratio was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05). Before treatment, IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-2, IL-6, IL-10 in the two groups had no statistical significance(P 〉0.05); After treatment, IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-6 in the study group were significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05). Before treatment, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C in the two groups had no significance statistical in patients(P〉0.05). After treatment, those in the study was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion CIK treatment of renal cancer patients can significantly improve the immune function of patients, but the CIK treatment can not impact on the metabolism.
