昆山地区人乳头瘤病毒的基因检测和分子流行病学分析 被引量:2

Genetic testing and molecular epidemiological analysis of human papilloma virus in Kunshan

摘要 目的了解昆山地区人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染的现状和基因亚型分布,为HPV感染的诊断和防治提供流行病学依据。方法对昆山地区14939例宫颈疾病患者进行HPV检测及基因分型,并结合病理学结果进行分析。结果本地区宫颈疾病高危型以HPV52检出率最高,为21.5%,低危型HPV81检出最高,为11.3%;单一型感染率70.5%,双重感染率21.2%,三重感染率8.3%。宫颈癌(cervical cancer,SCC)患者HPV16检出率80%。结论本地区HPV感染率较高,基因型分布广,HPV16是本地区宫颈癌的高发型。HPV检测及基因分型对妇女宫颈疾病的预防诊治意义重大。 Objective To investigate the present situation and genotype distribution of HPV infection in Kunshan, and to provide epidemiological basis for the diagnosis and prevention of HPV infection. Methods HPV detection and genotyping were performed in 14939 cervical diseases in Kunshan, and the results were analyzed by pathology. Results HPV infection rate was 19.8% in the cervical spine, and 23 genotypes were common. The highest detection rate was HPV52,21.5% and 11.3% in the low risk HPV81. The single infection Rate was 70.5% ,double infection rate was 21.2% ,triple infection rate was 8.3%. Cervical cancer (SCC) patients with HPV16 detection rate was 80%. Conclusion HPV infection rate in this region is high, genotype distribution is wide. HPV16 is a high incidence of cervical cancer in the region. HPV detection and genotyping have great significance in the prevention and treatment of cervical diseases.
