赵建军教授认为,偏头痛病因病机复杂,临证主张从肝、脾、肾论治,尤以肝为首要,治疗时以疏肝、平肝、清肝及活血化瘀通窍为治疗大法,并善用虫类药通络止痛。同时强调诱因的重要性,做到规律饮食,正常起居,规避各种刺激因素往往收效倍增。

Professor ZHAO Jianjun thinked that etiology and pathology of migraine is complicated.
