随着新媒介环境的不断发展,"负面解读"盛行已经成为当前我国社会舆论生态的显著特征,它在反映公众借助日新月异的技术手段更有效实现知情、参与、表达和监督意愿的同时,也折射出了社会公信力不足背景下若干社会不良心态蔓延所带来的各种负面影响与消极效应。诚然,"负面解读"盛行的原因是多方面的,从现阶段大量社会负面舆情和负面解读的演化发展过程来看,"不信任""不合作"和"不负责"等不良社会心态最为典型。同时,新媒介环境依然处于快速发展与持续变化的过程之中,眼下需要结合互联网治理和公众舆论引导,密切关注并持续梳理"负面解读"的发展逻辑及其与公众心态之间的互动演化效果,而这显然也是需要结合不同的领域、层次和视角,来予以综合分析并进行有效治理的一项系统性工程。

The negative interpretation of public information prevails in the new media situation,the public realizes more democracy and freedom rights of expression by means of new technology,meanwhile,it also leads to a variety of negative and negative effects which react the spread of some bad social attitudes and weak social credibility. Analysis on the current negative public opinion and negative emotions,the most representative bad social mentality is distrust,non cooperation and non responsibility. Effective governance can be implemented to this situation is a systematic project,such as need to combination of internet governance and public opinion guidance,comprehensive management of multiple fields and different level,pay attention to and study the interaction and evolution effects between the negative interpretation and social attitudes in the new media situation.
