摘要 风电机组功率曲线能够反映切入风速和切出风速之间的风速与风机输出功率的统计关系,是衡量风机发电效率和性能的重要指标,对于判断风机运行是否正常和有无潜在故障具有重要作用。文章提出了一种基于图像处理的风机功率曲线绘制方法,将风机功率散点图像中的黑色轮廓沿其中心轴线细化成一个单像素线条,不仅能够保留原图形即功率曲线散点图像的拓扑结构,而且能够快速完成从图形到功率曲线的转化。该方法对于风电场现场设备的生产管理具有重要意义。 Power curve is an important specification for wind turbine performance which reflects the statistics relationship between wind speed and power out when the wind speed varies in the cut-in and cut-out wind speed intervals. Power curve can be used to detect the potential faults of wind turbine. In this paper,a method for power curve drawing based on image processing and SCADA operating data is proposed. Two-value image thinning method is used to process the wind turbine scattered power points. The central axis of the black contour of the scattered power points was simplified into a single pixel line which is the power curve of the wind turbine. This processing method can not only retain the original topological structure of scattered power points,but also can quickly complete the power curve drawing. It has great significance to the field equipment management of wind farm.
