摘要
以莱芜市钢城区小上峪石灰岩矿为例,分析了莱芜区域奥陶系马家沟组北庵庄段石灰岩矿床的地质特性及各矿层的分布情况。小上峪石灰岩矿区使用分爆、分采、分装、分运的采矿工艺,实现了矿石及各类非矿夹层的有效分离,通过利用废岩生产高镁石灰石粉及建筑骨料的方式提高了矿石的综合利用率,使得矿山企业成功扭亏为盈。上述措施对于类似矿山提高矿产资源综合用率有一定的借鉴价值。
Taking Xiaoshanyu Limestone Mine in Gangcheng County in Laiwu City as the study example,the geological characteristics and distribution features of the limestone deposits in Baianzhuang Section of Ordovician Majiagou Formation in Laiwu Region are discussed in detail. The mining techniques of separate blasting,separate mining,separate packed and separated transported are adopted in Xiaoshanyu mining area,the ores is separated effectively from all kinds of non-mine inter-layers. The ore comprehensive utilization rates is increased by producing the limestone power with high contents of magnesium and construction aggregate by using the waste rocks in mining area. Therefore,the considerable economic benefits is obtained,and the make the mining company turn from deficits to profit successfully. The above ore comprehensive utilization measures proposed in this paper can provide some reliable reference for improve mineral resources comprehensive utilization rate of the mines with the similar geological characteristics and mining technical conditions of Xiaoshanyu Limestone Mine.
