数码电子雷管在龙洞堡机场中深孔爆破施工中的应用实践 被引量:4

摘要 贵阳龙洞堡机场T2航站楼环境复杂,爆破方量大,机场人流量大,高楼、建筑设施较多,爆破开挖须确保周围人员、通行车辆、机场建筑设施安全,对爆破技术要求高,施工难度十分大。为此,提出了采用数码电子雷管进行中深孔爆破的施工方案,并通过试验优化了爆破延期时间(15~20 ms)。工程实践表明:中深孔爆破施工方案的实施,不仅有效防止了爆破过程中产生大块现象,控制了爆破振动对机场环境及仪器设施的影响,而且降低了爆破综合成本,可供类似工程实践参考。 Guiyang Longdongbao Airport T2 terminal building with complex environment,large blasting volume,and the airport with large passenger traffic flows,many tall buildings and construction facilities. During the blasting construction,the safety of personals,traffics and buildings and facilities in the airport around the construction area should be guaranteed. The technical requirements of blasting construction under the above environmental conditions is high,the blasting construction is very difficult. The medium-length hole blasting construction scheme based on digital electronic detonator is proposed. The optimal delay time is obtained by conducting many tests,the delay time( 15 ~ 20 ms) is optimized. The engineering practice results show that the massive phenomena happened during the blasting process is not only prevented,the influence of blasting vibration to the airport environment and instrument facilities is controlled effectively,but also the blasting comprehensive costs is reduced significantly by the implementation of the medium-length hole blasting scheme. The medium-length blasting scheme proposed in this paper can provide some reliable reference for the similar engineering.
