肿瘤专科护士职业价值观现状调查及影响因素分析

A Survey on professional values status of oncology nurse and research on related influencing factors

目的调查肿瘤专科护士职业价值观现状,并探讨其相关影响因素。方法于2016年11月—2017年2月,采用便利抽样法调研三级甲等肿瘤医院在职专科护士共385名。采用自制的一般资料问卷、护士职业价值观量表进行调查。结果肿瘤专科护士职业价值观总分为(4.28±0.41),科别、性别、文化程度和用工方式不同的专科护士,其职业价值观得分不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多因素分析,性别、文化程度和用工方式进入回归方程,成为肿瘤专科护士职业价值观的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤专科护士职业价值观总体水平较高,其影响因素有多种,护理管理者应针对性进行指导和教育,进一步提升肿瘤专科护士的职业价值观。

Objective To fnvestigate the status of professional value among oncology nurse specialists and analyse its in- fluencing factors. Methods By convenience sampling method, this study chosed 385 nurses who were working in tertiary cancer hospital from November 2016 to February 2017. A self - designed general information questionnaire, nurses profes- sional values scale were used to inventigate. Results The total score of oncology nurse specialists professional values scale was （4. 28 ±0. 41 ）. Nurses who were differ on department, gender, educational level, employment way,the total score of professional values was different. Difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; By multiple factor analysis, gender, education level and employment way enter the regression equation and influence professional value of the oncology nurse specialists. Conclusions The general standard of professional value of the oncology nurse specialists was high. It have many influencing factors. Managers should take more targeted direction and education to promote professional value of the oncology nurse specialists.
