分组式作业疗法联合智力训练对脑性瘫痪患儿认知功能的影响

Effect of combined therapy with intelligence training on cognitive function of children with cerebral palsy

目的探究分组式作业疗法联合智力训练对脑性瘫痪患儿认知功能的影响。方法选取2014年10月至2016年9月诊治的脑瘫患儿120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患儿给予常规康复训练,观察组患儿给予分组式作业疗法联合智力训练干预,比较两组患儿干预前后脑功能及认知水平的影响。结果干预前,观察组与对照组患儿P300波幅、潜伏期比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组患儿的波幅高于对照组,潜伏期值低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组患儿WPPSI评分笔记差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患儿评分大于对照组,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论分组式作业疗法联合智力训练可明显改善脑性瘫痪患儿的认知功能,提高智力水平。

Objective To explore the effect of combined therapy combined with intelligence training on cognitive function of children with cerebral palsy. Methods Totally 120 cases of cerebral palsy from May 2014 to October 2015 were trea- ted in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group were given routine rehabilitation training, the observation group were given group of occupational therapy combined with intelligence training intervention, compared two groups of stem pre brain function and cognitive level of the. Results Before the interven- tion, the observation group and the control group with amplitude and latency were no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05, after the intervention, the observation group with the amplitude higher than the control group, the incubation period is lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The two groups were no significant difference in WPPS score notes before intervention （P 〉 0. 05 ）, the intervention of the patients in the obser- vation group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The combination therapy combined with mental training can significantly improve the cognitive function of children with cerebral palsy, and improve the level of intelligence.
